- Account information: When you create an account with us using one of the federated login options, we collect information about the account. This includes:
- Your unique identifier provided by the authentication service (Google Sign-In ID or Sign in with Apple user identifier)
- Your email address
- Account history: We store information about your account usage including, but not limited to, history of generating stories, account creation date, and when you last used the service.
- Purchase history: When you make a purchase via Google and Apple's in-app purchase mechanisms, we store the details of the transaction – how many credits you purchased, the date of the transaction, and the price.
- Content generated by you: When you use the audio recording function to generate a story, we store the generated audio file (voice recording).
- Technical data: We collect technical data about your device. This includes device identifiers such as Android ID and Firebase Installation ID to identify your device, information about the platform you use, and some technical details like IP address.
- Customer support data: When you contact us, you provide us with information to help address your inquiry, including the email address you want us to respond to. We also create an MD5 hash of your customer ID to identify you in our support system.

This data processor does the following activities for us: AWS provides cloud infrastructure services that are crucial for our app's backend operations. All our data is processed and stored exclusively in AWS's London datacenter. They provide secure database services where we store user account information (including some PII), offer object storage services for user-generated content (including audio recordings), host our application servers, provide computing resources necessary for running our service, and deliver networking and content delivery services to ensure efficient and secure data transfer. Firebase (Google). Mobile and Web Application Development Platform Provider.
This data processor does the following activities for us: Firebase generates a unique Installation ID for each installation of our app, which helps us identify unique devices and improve our service. Firebase may collect and process certain technical information about your device, including IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, and usage data. While this information is primarily technical, when combined with other data, it could potentially identify a user. Firebase helps us with app analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. This data processor does the following activities for us: OpenAI provides AI-powered transcription services for our app. They transcribe the audio files that users record in our app. The audio files are sent to OpenAI for processing, and the resulting transcriptions are returned to us. OpenAI does not store the audio files or transcriptions beyond the time necessary to perform the transcription service. Sharing information outside the UK
